Outcome Driven Courses

We now have a full-time staff of 46 who design and deliver an increasing range of courses.

For young people we deliver multiday outdoor residential courses at our desert and mountain centres that focus amongst other things on skills for employment based on principles from the World Economic Forum (www.weforum.org), mental wellbeing and climate change (Outward Bound will be on stage at COP28 in UAE later this year speaking about the work they do with young people).

In 2022/23

Our team delivered International Award bronze, silver and gold expeditions for leading international schools in Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia and USA, as well as bespoke courses for MISK school in Saudi Arabia.

In addition to the work we do for young people (including juvenile young offenders re-entering society) we deliver courses for most of the leading companies in Oman and the GCC, working with their new intake/apprentices, emerging talent and senior leadership teams.
